Mildy interesting, mostly old footage and talking heads
There was no involvement from any of the members of ABBA in this film. It is mostly a few critics and industry types that seem vaguely familiar talking about the "Arrival" album. There is a track by track analysis consisting of their opinions of the songs. There is no studio footage, no discussion of the recording or songwriting process really.
The commentary is interspersed with some old ABBA music videos that most fans have seen on YouTube and elsewhere. I guess it was worth a 2 dollar rental but I found myself losing interest after a while. Some of the "Classic Album" videos are a bit better, at least they get the artists and producers involved and actually analyze things from a musician's perspective a bit.
